ARKRAY USA is a wholly owned subsidiary of ARKRAY, Inc. of Kyoto, Japan.

ARKRAY, Inc. was founded in 1960 as Kyoto Daiichi Kagaku Inc (KDK) with a focus on medical diagnostic products. Through the years the company has developed a very broad array of medical diagnostic analyzers, devices and services.

ARKRAY has consistently delivered products of very high quality, while striving for low cost manufacturing processes. The commitment to R&D has remained very aggressive and is reflected in numerous product lines, most recently in a leading edge new BGM product branded the "X-system" which you will find has all of the best features on the market to date.

New Technology
More than fifteen years ago, we created the first blood glucose monitoring system specific for Long-Term Care. Over the years, our Assure systems have evolved with the needs of LTC professionals, and the evolution continues with the Assure® Pro Blood Glucose Monitoring System. Designed specifically for LTC professionals, this multi-resident system offers healthcare professionals more useful features for added convenience, safety and accuracy.

Among Assure Pro's unique features are top-of-the-meter strip insertion, backlight display, a strip release button, four programmable alarms, and a "Hypo" warning to alert users when results reach a settable threshold level of hypoglycemia. For additional security, Assure Pro is designed with ProGrip®a lightweight gripping material for more secure handling. This full-featured system also offers qcProGuard®, the first of its kind, 24-hour optional control solution reminder to conduct daily control solution testing as required in LTC settings.
