Associate Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Associate Product Marketing Manager with at least 2 years experience to manage a portfolio of blood glucose monitoring systems and related products for our Long Term Care Division serving nursing homes, correctional facilities, and home and durable medical suppliers. 

• Provide direction to and execution of product development activities including product labeling, market testing, and analysis.
• Develop and help execute comprehensive consumer and provider focused marketing strategies and tactics in conjunction with other departments including new product launches.
• Develop and execute strategies to build and manage long term care brands.
• Provide market insight and liaise with R& D, Regulatory and Operations Departments to drive new product development to exploit niche markets and developing market trends.
• Design and develop consumer and provider marketing and sales materials for delivery through multimedia channels.
• Contribute to the development of annual budgets.
• Monitor and manage product sales, pricing trends, and margins against forecast contributions.
• Manage internal and external key supplier relationships.
• Monitor industry dynamics and competitive products including product performance, sales, and market trends.
• Support the sales department with regular communication on industry, competitive, and product changes. Help provide training and product knowledge as necessary.
• Promote products through participation in trade shows and some individual customer presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 2-3 years experience in healthcare product or project management including a record of increased responsibilities and results.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Proficiency in communication, word-processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
