CRM Sales Analyst
Duties and Responsibilities
- Align business process to the CRM system for maximum efficiency and stronger customer management.
- Interact with the sales and marketing team to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context and organizational strategic direction.
- Set-up and execute all CRM-related campaigns.
- Analyze campaign statistics and results and prepare performance summaries.
- Manage scheduling and distribution of reporting functions including market summary reports. Generate ad hoc reports and dashboards as required.
- Develop and maintain reporting database as defined by current needs and requirements.
- Provide regular reporting to show use and efficacy of the programs.
- Ensure user compliance with current department requirements as it relates to the use of Microsoft Dynamics, identify knowledge gaps, create action plans and implement training as identified to motivate sales team to engage Microsoft Dynamics as a benefit tool for their business.
- Interpret business needs into functional requirements and develop useful enhancements to the Microsoft Dynamics system.
- Ensure all systems and process documentation is current.
- Assist users by delivering effective training in the use of Customer Relationship Management systems and processes.
- Responsible for preparing and analyzing Medi-Span Price Rx data.
Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelors (B.A.) degree in Business and/or a technical discipline or another highly related field of study.
- Four plus years experience in customer solution development and delivery.
- Proficiency in PC-based analytical tools and solid working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Visual Manufacturing and Crystal a plus.
- Two plus years experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while paying attention to details.
- Ability to work effectively across functional groups.
- Good project management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and able to quickly adapt to new situations.
- Ability to travel 20%.
