We are seeking a unique individual with 5+ years experience in Managed Care and Medical and Pharmacy Insurance Plan related sales, working with key national and regional MCOs and private insurers. Specific experience in diabetes, nutrition, or related who can apply that background and knowledge to open our products to increased success in the managed care arena. Prefer someone with established contacts with some of the targeted clients, but will make an exception for the right sales hunter.
Sell ARKRAY’s product line within the Diabetes Category to Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and private insurers / Health plans by gaining formulary acceptance and establishing pull-through programs, building brand awareness and market share in this market segment.
Knowledge and Skills
Must have strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills, with proven customer service practices that have resulted in building long-term relationships and repeat business.
5+ years experience in Managed Care / Medical and Pharmacy Insurance Plan related sales, working with key national and regional MCOs and private insurers.
Specific diabetes category experience preferred.
Contacts with some of the targeted clients.
Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven customer service practices that have resulted in building long-term relationships and repeat business.
Highly motivated and self-directed who functions well in a results-oriented environment.
Highly collaborative and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Situated near a major airport with domestic travel expectations to be greater than 50%.
