Jonathan Chapman
President, ARKRAY USA (USM)
Mr. Chapman joined as General Counsel in 2000. After serving in a number of capacities within the Company's management structure, Jonathan accepted the position of President in 2007. Jonathan has been with the company for 10 years and has more than 12 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry working closely with customers and suppliers. Prior to joining ARKRAY, Jonathan worked as a Corporate Finance Attorney with an international law firm, Berwin Leighton, in London. Jonathan holds a BA in Archeology - Pre History from University of Sheffield and an LLM from University of London (LSE).

John McCrea
President, ARKRAY USA (USF)
Mr. McCrea has been with the Company for 13 years, joining as the Finance Manager in 1997. In 2006 John accepted the position of Managing Director to oversee all Manufacturing and Operational needs. John has more than 20 years of experience working in Finance and Operations of regulated industries. Prior to joining ARKRAY, John held various financial and operational management positions at United HealthCare Corporation, as well as financial management and strategic planning positions at Dyco Petroleum Corporation. John holds a dual BA in Economics and Accounting from Luther College and an MBA from University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.

Craig Brosseau
VP of Finance, ARKRAY USA (AAI)
Mr. Brosseau has been with the Company for 10 years, joining as the Accounting Manager in 2000. In 2005 Craig accepted the position of Vice President of Finance. Craig has more than 18 years of experience in Finance and Accounting. Prior to joining ARKRAY, Craig worked in Financial Systems for C.H. Robinson, and as a CPA with Coopers & Lybrand, now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers. Craig holds a BS in Accounting from Marquette University and an MBA (Information Systems concentration) from University of St. Thomas. Craig also holds memberships in AICPA, MNCPA, and IMA.

Susumu Akatsu
Vice President, Marketing, ARKRAY USA (USM)
Mr. Akatsu joined ARKRAY USA in September, 2009. Prior to joining ARKRAY, Susumu had spent more than 20 years in the medical devices and in vitro diagnostics fields in various managerial capacities. Most recently, he was Director of Marketing – Diabetes at Smiths Medical. He also spent many years cultivating global business in Latin America, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Eastern and Western European Countries. Susumu received a BA degree in economics from the University of Michigan and later an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Tom Speikers
Director of Quality Systems and Regulatory Affairs, ARKRAY USA (USF)
Mr. Speikers has been with the Company for 6 years. Tom has 18 years experience working in FDA regulated industries including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and food products. His background is in Engineering, Quality and Regulatory Affairs. Prior to joining ARKRAY, Tom held senior management positions in Quality and Regulatory with Tapemark Company and engineering positions with W.H. Brady. Tom holds a BS in Industrial Technology - Manufacturing Engineering from University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Tawni Sigelmier
Vice President, Point-of-Care Division, ARKRAY USA
Mrs. Sigelmier has been with ARKRAY USA for 12 years. She has served in several capacities with our sales teams with a concentration in supporting large customers. Tawni is now leading the development of the ARKRAY Point-of-Care Division in the U.S. Tawni has 17 years of experience working in Sales and Sales Management. Tawni has attended both the University of Akron and Pacific University, Ms. Sigelmier has a license in Medical Assisting and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Consumer Science with an emphasis on Dietetics.

Richard Slouffman
Vice President, Long-Term Care Division, ARKRAY USA
Mr. Slouffman has been with ARKRAY USA for 17 years. He has served in a number of positions with our sales team and has taken on the responsibility of leading the Long-Term Care Division, our core business inside the U.S. Richard has 22 years of experience working in Sales and Sales Management. Richard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Ohio University in Athens, OH.  Member for the American Diabetes Association. (ADA).

Robert Wernsman
Vice President, Consumer Healthcare Division, ARKRAY USA
Mr. Wernsman has been with ARKRAY USA for 9 years. He has served in a number of positions with our sales and management teams and now leads our Consumer Healthcare Division, introducing the GLUCOCARD^® in the U.S. market. Robert has 22 years of experience working in Sales and Sales Management. Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in Marketing from the University of Missouri in Kansas City, Missouri.
